Today’s checklist
Work through these items in whatever order your manager or team arranges them.
Welcome to the team
A simple path through your first day, first week and first ninety days, so you know what happens next, what good looks like, and who can help.
Stage one
Your first day is about getting settled, meeting the right people, understanding the path ahead and knowing where to go when you have a question.
Work through these items in whatever order your manager or team arranges them.
Stage two
Your week should move from orientation to supported practice. By Friday, you should know your routine, know where to find approved information, and know who to ask when you are unsure.
Stage three
Think of the first ninety days as three onboarding milestones. Each one builds on the last.
Understand the role, working routine, territory responsibilities, approved resources and the standards expected of you.
Support: Your Regional Sales Manager and the appropriate support roles help you build the foundation.
Put the basics into practice, learn from supported field activity, ask questions early and improve your routine through feedback.
Support: Your Regional Sales Manager and relevant field or functional support help you review what you are learning.
Take increasing ownership of your routine, recognise where you need more support and keep improving how you prepare, learn and work.
Support: Your Regional Sales Manager remains your main guide, with the appropriate support role brought in when needed.
Your support network
You will work with different roles. You do not need to remember everything at once. Start by knowing what each role can help you with.

Questions are part of learning
If you are wondering about something, ask. You are not expected to work everything out alone.
